Before transitioning to film directing, Deryl was a well awarded Offline Editor. Starting out as a Fashion Designer, Deryl moved on to wardrobe styling and then offline editing.  Over 10 years, he gained the reputation for always giving another point of view in his edits and his sound technical skills as a VFX Supervisor.

Deryl went on to apply his strong film language and non-linear approach to film directing.

As a Film Director for many big brands, and renowned for his slick imagery, clean art direction, and edits that always surprise and thrill, we see him add on yet another skill set; the creation and production of AR + VR.
